1) Open to all MyMode Agent ONLY.
2) All new agents must sign-up within the promotion period 1st August 2008 until 30th September 2008.
3) New agents must sign up directly.
4) Agents must have a minimum of 100 new sign-up under his/her line to qualify for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
5) The prizes will be given in cheque on the winner name only.
6) The prizes are not exchangeable for any other form.
7) Winner will be informed by telephone and announce in Mymode website www.mymode.com.my
8) All prizes unclaimed after 30 days from the date of notification will be forfeited by Mobile E-Transaction Sdn Bhd. and no correspondence will be entertained.
9) All prizes must claim by winner personally. Identification such as NIRC/passport will be required.
10) All participants shall be required to adhere to the Terms and Condition as stated in this promotion.
11) The judge's decision are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
12) An agent shall not be entitled to win more than one prizes.
13) The company shall not be responsible or liable for any claims, loss or damage whatsoever, resulting form or in connection with this promotion or the prizes given out throuhg this promotion.
14) The company reserves the right to substitute the prize with that of a similar value without prior notice
