Terms & Conditions for U38 Plans:
1) Open to all MyMode agents.
2) This promotion package start from 15th May 08 until such date as Umobile may decide.
3) Free registration. Registration forms can be obtained from MyMode HQ or call AIC to post to you (please provide your full name, I/C no, handphone no & address).
4) Registration form must be complete with required documents and signature, and return to MyMode HQ within 14 working days to:-

5) Mymode will post all registration form yo agents on the next day morning.
6) To enjoy 2 months free broadband usage, your application forms must reach MyMode office before 2nd Jun 2008.
7) Agents must comply with all Terms of service set by Umobile. (read details on http://u38.u.com.my/html-day/TC.html).
8) Umobile reserve all rights in rejecting any applications.
