1) Open to all MyMode agents.
2) Free registration.
3) This promotion start from 15th May 08 until such date as Umobile may decide.
4) Agents must comply with all Terms of Service set by Umobile. (read details on http://surf.u.com.my/faq/surf_with_u_terms&condition.html).
5) 8 days money back guarantee:
To get your RM50 activation fee back, you'll only need to return the moderm within 8 days (in good and working condition, of course!)
6) Obtain your registration form by call in 1300-888-939 and provide AIC with accurate information (Name as in NRIC, Contact No., Address) in order to their registration form post to your desire address.
7) MyMode will post all registration form to agents on the next day morning.
8) Agents are required to post back their registration form together with all required documents as set in registration forms to:
MyMode (U broadband)
C6-G, Dataran Palma Ampang, Jln Selaman 1, 68000 Ampang.
9) 50 MYeCASH will be deducted upon registration as "Activation Fee" to Umobile.
10) Umobile reserve all rights in rejecting any applications.
